Usborne Books and More offers educational, interactive, and fun products for children of all ages. They have books, graphic novels, puzzles, activity books, coloring books, painting books, embroidery kits, homeschooling tools, and so much more. There are so many great ways to save with UBAM. One way is to join UBAM as a consultant. My son's book library has grown drastically, since I have joined as a consultant. There are no monthly minimums. It is so flexible; your business plan is all up to you. We always encourage consultants to host a launch party, so they can earn some books for free! The goal is to make it to $500, so you're considered active! The pay in is just purchasing your starter kit - either $99 or $30 - and then after your first 6 months, it costs $8/month to keep your website active. A huge perk of becoming a new consultant is the free books and book credit included in both kits. The kits will also help you with providing some catalogs and mini books for prizes and giveaways, which is nice.
The first 8 weeks as a consultant is also considered your CLIMB period. There are great reward and incentives to reach. Also, your hosts and yourself will receive some great host specials with double free books! When you run a party during your CLIMB, a great sales pitch is the double free host special, and you can use that in your launch party as well.
You start off as a consultant, but you can promote up to Team Leader all the way through Senior Director. Right now, my goal is to go from consultant to team leader by the end of the year. Joining UBAM is the best decision I've made. The support and community is incredible, and I'm making some amazing new friends! When you get to Executive Leader, you will receive your own tiara. Yes, you read that right, a tiara. I hope to reach that some day! Go to the national convention, and have the director place my tiara on my head. If you join UBAM, you can work for this too! As you work your way up to Senior Director, the tiara gets bigger! How cool is that!
