Business Launch

Did you launch your business?  In MLM /Network Marketing when starting tell us to make a list.  How many of us really did the list thing.  I know for me I wrote my list, but sure didn't contact everyone on it.  I know they told no to prejudge anyone, but I did.  I picked and chose who to tell about my new business.  I still kinda do this today.  So I decided to re-launch my business after I was on a training.  I learn a few things and I will share them.

4 Things We Do in MLM/Network Marketing!

1. We SELL

2. We Recruit - expand our team

3. We Duplicate

4. We Lead

Here are the levels in the industry

1. Launch 0-10 ( until you hit 10 recruits)

2.  10 recruits to 100k

3. Scale 100k to 1 million

Now here the Big Data

1. 70% recruit zero people into the business.

2. 20% have recruited 1 or 2 people in a lifetime

3. 5% recruit 3 to 5 people

4. 2% recruit 10 plus people.

He went on to say that 98% are tourist in the industry, because they haven't decided to become professionals yet.  Where do you see yourself on that list? To be honest I see myself as being a tourist at level 2 as I have only recruited 1 to 2 people. It is time to change that.  How do we change it. I think it will be like Jim Rohn said. "What is easy to do, is easy not to do!"  The work will be hard, but worth it!

Now let's dive into the steps.  The first thing is to find  people.  Find them in your phone and your social media sites. Then write them down.  Then just start having conversations. Then pivot. This where you might ask a question that leads to the business. It is all about learning when to pivot in a conversation. It's all in the timing. Then you invite them to take a look . It could be later on down the road, Send them to a third party, a tool, a website, or a person. Don't try to do do it all yourself.  Then follow up with them. Which is more conversation. Ask them what did you like best about what you saw or heard? This may take a few times before they ready to join you. Just keep asking questions " On a scale of 1-10 where do you stand?  after they answer if it's less than 10.  "What would make it a ten?"  Once they join then help them launch there business.
