Guys... February is already halfway over! Can you believe it??

I can't! I am actually getting mentally and physically prepared for a pageant in June....  That is 4 MONTHS AWAY!

AH!

So with that being said, How are your weight loss resolutions going??? Have you been successful so far? Do you need extra motivation? Maybe you never got started, and need initial motivation? If you're like me, you need a deadline! (i.e. my pageant)

Starting a healthier lifestyle can be overwhelming! I know when I decided to completely change my lifestyle, I didn't even know where to start. 

The easiest thing for me to do, was to start reading labels! I became aware of every ingredient I was putting in my body. After seeing a certain ingredient in several products, I'd look it up and do my research. Was it good for me? Was it helping me? Was it hurting me????  

Once you become more aware of what your putting in your body, you can actually start to make a conscious effort to cut. things. out.

From there, I would try to stick to simple ingredients. Fruit, Veggies, and Meats. Sure, I would allow a few other things, but if the ingredient list was huge, I would just put it back on the shelf.

Now the ultimate weight loss tip I have for you is something that works for us every time... a low glycemic diet! 

Sugar in any form can keep the body from burning stored fat. I've helped several people shed weight they've carried for years. 

Low glycemic diet? Whoa.. that sounds like work.
