Follow the Playbook

Follow the playbook is a system to success in MLM! Many struggle in MLM, because of a lack of a system to follow. The key is to follow the steps that are laid out, by your company or upline leadership.

In my current company, this is what we do.

1. We make a list and go through onboarding training. Write our WHY/Vision for doing this. Create a first 10 list and invite them to take a look. (this is our pre-launch steps)

2. Share the overview that is done nightly by one of the leaders or do one yourself.

3. Connect them to a leader to share their story.

These are our steps to show - share - connect

Our Duplication steps are contact, invite, present, enroll, and launch.

Many are having success following these simple steps.

One of the other things that will help you is having the right mindset.

There are a number of books that can help you with this.

One of my favorites is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

I've read it a number of times over the years and recently I started reading one chapter for 30 days.

This is really changing how I think. By helping me get more understanding of how to use the 13 steps of success.

This month I am reading chapter 9 Persistence.

Hill goes over how many people have used persistence to become successful.

Many men and women of years gone by have used persistence to achieve goals in life.

The book was written back in 1937. Which came from the laws of success in 1925.

One could study and apply this book for a lifetime.

Get a copy of Think and Grow Rich, it will be one of the best investments you can make in yourself.

Jim Rohn said: “Work harder on yourself than you do on your job.”

He had so much wisdom that is still being shared. here are a few more of his quotes.

“You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction overnight.”

 “Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.”

“It isn’t what the book costs; it’s what it will cost you if you don’t read it.”

I have listened to many of Mr. Rohn's teachings over the years and just like Mr. Hill's book they still have so much wisdom to offer.

But remember to follow the playbook or system that is in place.
