Hi, I am Karen: My professional journey is a rich tapestry of teaching, coaching, facilitating, and leading. Through a diverse array of roles, I've relentlessly pursued personal growth and lifelong learning.

As a retired Navy veteran, I'm embarking on a new journey as an online business owner, and I'm truly enjoying every moment of it.

Personal development has always been my passion, and I'm thrilled to be part of this vibrant community. Having spent years in the Military and sailing the seven seas, I'm eager to continue exploring.

I'm exhilarated to embark on the next phase of my career, having recently launched an online venture where my passion for Personal and Leadership Development has blossomed into a successful and purposeful profession—a dream realized!

A bit more about me:

I'm in a wonderful domestic partnership with Ricky, and together we have 4 wonderful children, two sons (42) and (40) and two daughters (37) and (37), and 5 Grandchildren ranging in ages from 6 through 19. The girls are not twins, as one of them is his and the other is mine.

We reside in one of the most historical communities in Nova Scotia, where we cherish living close to the Bay of Fundy, walks along the stony beaches, cycling, and spending time camping in our RV.

Together our travels have taken all over our very own beautiful country of Canada, the US, South America, the UK, Europe and most recently we spent the entire winter in Portugal.

I'm passionate about helping motivated individuals achieve the freedom and flexibility they desire in their lives.

Whether it's through extensive travel like ours or pursuing other dreams, we all share the goal of creating an extraordinary life filled with choices.

My mission is to emancipate others from their limitations, enabling them to pursue their passions and purpose while attaining prosperity and freedom. To further this cause, I've joined forces with a US-based company with a global presence spanning 140 countries.
