It is made up of three super active members namely Arnold T Kachaka, Keith Tele and Leroy U kazenga. In the process of interaction, they identified an untapped opportunity in Zimbabwe that can transform their financial lives and increase their social impact in Bulawayo. Mr Kachaka with a vast interest in smart ways of agriculture and agriculture in general gained during his teenagerhood at his relatives’ farm and being a chemical engineering student makes him an irresistible choice for project overseer and designer of the smart farming systems. Mr Kazenga having knowledge in structural design and a civil and water engineering student makes him a very competent member in the smart farm industry. Mr Tele having a vast knowledge in digital and modern marketing, an informatics student, vast business links and some knowledge in plant nutrition makes him a very crucial member and a necessity for smart farm solutions. Our mission statement As smart farm solutions we aim to reduce the gap between demand and supply of horticulture products using smart, sustainable and more efficient ways of farming. We are committed to provide world class services in designing, installing and maintenance of hydroponic systems. Goals and objectives In the first four months of operation as a business we target at attaining the following goals and objective: - Build a solid base and relationships with our clients (farmers and supermarkets) - Provide the market with the best farm products and other stakeholders with the best services. - To maximise our return on investments in the first 3 months of trade - Make 30% profit on all items sold and services offered - Participate in social activities as a way of improving lives of the people around our area of operation - To expand our sphere of influence to other parts of Zimbabwe and increase our range of products. we
