MyPayola is however not a bank, MyPayola does not collect your money, MyPayola is neither a business nor an online business, HYIP (High yield investment program), investment or MLM (Multi-level marketing) program. There are also no guarantees, no refunds hence kindly use only your spare cash.

We deal fairly and honestly and so we DO NOT TOLERATE FAKE POP (proof of payment) if discovered your account will be BLOCKED.

When you cancel your order to donate money to a participant your growth rate will be REDUCED BY 2% and after 3 cancellations your account will be BLOCKED.

We reserve the right to modify them at any time. You should check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. By using this site after we post any changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. This website is provided on an as is, as available service.

We make no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. MyPayola is a people community, which help each other for free, and absolutely consciously, they transfer money directly to each other .i.e. peer-to-peer, from one bank account to another, without any conditions, guarantees and promises. Just only because they want to do that. Because it is a good deal to help each other. It means the Mutual benefit fund as it is. There is no formal organization, no legal person in MyPayola. And of course there is no central bank account, no other activity in any form. Neither close, nor open. There is nothing! There are only millions and millions of simple participants, simple private persons all over the world. And nothing more. And of course there is no special registrations, permission and licenses in here. (Permissions and licenses for what and for what reason? For money transfer from one man to another? And whom this licenses and permissions should be given?. Thus, MyPayola is absolutely legal and does not break any laws. Because there are only money transfers between private persons and nothing more. It is impossible to forbid MyPayola. The same way it is impossible to forbid people from managing their own money the way they like. Thus they need to forbid the whole private property institution. So everything is absolutely clear with the lawfulness. There are no violations and they won't be! Let's now talk about the other. About honesty. It is important to underline, that MyPayola doesn't cheat or abuse anyone. In other words it is not a cheat or fraud in any case! Everyone is informed about the possible and impossible risks fully and from the very beginning (And everyone put a mark during the registration, confirming that he was informed about the warning.)

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Site:

1. Harass, stalk or otherwise abuse another user;

2. Transmit or otherwise make available any content that is false, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, defamatory, libellous, disparaging (including disparaging of the Site), vulgar, obscene, pornographic or that promotes violence, racial hatred, terrorism or illegal acts, or is otherwise objectionable (as determined by us in our sole discretion);

3. Transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful or infringes, violates or misappropriates any patent, trademark, trade identity right, trade secret, publicity right, privacy right, copyright or any other intellectual property or any other rights of any third party;

4. Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files or post material that interferes with any third party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site.

5. Impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Site or to us, including forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any transmission to the Site for any reason;

6. Transmit or otherwise make available through the Site any personal advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or offer for sale of any products or services, except in areas specifically designated for such purposes; or violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law, rule or regulation.
