Manufacturing and Delivery costs eat up most of the sales dollars.

21st Century pure Internet-based product companies pay more than double the commissions of old fashioned Network Marketing companies. 

It makes sense that the manufacturing and shipping costs represent approximately 50% of the total retail price. The remaining 50% are shared between the company's operating cost, owners' profits, and last, the independent marketing teams. These factors create the need for a large network of marketers who, when properly incentivized, can grow the user base rapidly and create a large profit for the owners. So the key to their success is attracting great Network Marketers.
