Anti-Bullying and Anti-Racism

Hey everyone,

I am sure that we have all at some point came across some sort of bullying, judgement or sometimes even racism when it comes to network marketing, and there is not a lot that companies out there really do to help the victims of these type of behaviours.

How many of you have actually been a victim of these types of Network marketing crimes? if you have please comment or message me.

How would you feel if there was a company that would not allow you to bully, judge or have any racism remarks against anyone else? How would it change your life? And if there was a company with these policies would you consider joining them? I know i would.

There are so many people out there that is so quick to judge another or to bully because they are not getting the same type of results that they would like to achieve. Yet its not your fault if people did not get the much needed training to be able to succeed in network marketing, but because you do well, you are being bullied and judged?! 

What is bullying? - Bullying is a range of unacceptable behaviours that hurt, intimidate, frighten, harm, humiliate, undermine or exclude an individual or group. Bullying is deliberate and repeated over time, and is difficult for the sufferer to defend themselves against. 

Anybody can be bullied – bullied because of how we look or where we are from, what we believe, what we have or don’t have, what we can or can’t do – picking on our vulnerability. It is always about someone more powerful acting against someone else who is less powerful and less able to resist.  

We take bullying very seriously across the whole community, and will not tolerate bullying in any form. 

Our company will be launching very soon in the UK and we have all the right policies in place for non of these crimes to be committed and if someone do, they simply get terminated.
