CBD Oil and ADHD/ADD

This is a very misdiagnosed disease of all times.

In most cases, adults are diagnosed with ADD or Attention Deficit Disorder which lacks the hyperactivity characteristic though it is the same as ADHD in other ways. In the United States, over 1 in 10 children are diagnosed with ADD/ADHD. This figure has been growing exponentially over the past 50 years.

Individuals with ADD and ADHD have difficulties with focus, attention, and concentration. This affects their performance at workplaces and in classrooms. A German research that was published in 2015 studied the effect of CBD on 30 patients that could not respond to Ritalin or Adderall. And, majority of the subjects experienced improvement in sleep and concentration as well as reduced impulsivity.

According to researchers, standard medications are more demanding on the patients while CBD brings control that enables them to work, love, and live without an intoxication feeling. Scientists have associated ADHD with clinical endocannabinoid deficiency. Persons with this deficiency have slowed down neurotransmitters speed and their brains need more time to focus and concentrate.

In most cases, the prescriptions given to ADHD and ADD patients are stimulant medications like Adderall and Ritalin. However, these have side effects.

CBD on the other hand has shown its ability to relieve ADHD and ADD as well as the side effects of stimulant medications.

For instance, stimulant drugs cause sleep problems, loss of appetite, and nervousness. CBD, on the other hand, treats these issues.

Why not reach out to those you know whose family member may be suffering with this issue and tell them of a new non-medical way to possibly help them.

For anyone who is not aware of what Ritalin is it is a poison used on rats to inactivate the nervous system so they cannot move and gradually their heart and brain will stop.

Although this will not happen in a human it is still a POISON being given as a PRESCRIPTION to a HUMAN by a DOCTOR to alter their actions.

Natural alternatives to prescriptions in my mind is far better.
