Easy Trick To Get Prospects To Show Up For Presentations, Eliminate No-Shows
How many times have you asked someone if they were interested in looking at your business opportunity, you get all excited because someone said they were looking forward to seeing it...
Then it happens.
You call them to get them to view the presentation, just as they said they were going to do, and what happens?
Yep, you got it. It's happened to you too.
They don't show, no answer.
This happens way too often in network marketing, and unless you know how to invite properly, it's just going to keep happening.
So today's business announcement will be focused on doing just that. Inviting properly.
Something easy to do when you know the trick to eliminating no shows.
First thing to know, when you are meeting someone in person, and want to invite them to a presentation, is you can't tell them anything about it.
You knew that, but won't they ask?
Yes, they will ask, and we can be prepared for that.
So this is how you avoid having to tell them too much about a presentation.
When you are finishing up your conversation, you need to throw the invite to the prospect.
But, you must be busy.
You must "remember" something important you have to tend to.
An example would be:
YOU: Oh, I just remembered, I must be on a conference call in 2 minutes, so I gotta go. It was nice talking to you.
YOU: But before I head out, would you happen to know anyone who is open to making some extra money? Or would you be open to it?
Prospect: Yes, I would be. What is it?
YOU: (look at time) well, I really got to get on this call quickly, so I can get back to you about it. If you give me your contact info right fast, I promise I will reach back to you.
Prospect: Sure, don't forget about me.
That's it. Since you were in a rush, you had no time to explain anything.
The prospect will be very curious as to what it is you may have for him/her to look at.
What If Prospect Doesn't Want To Give Info?
What about the few cases where the individual is not willing to give out any information?
Should we just go into telling them the details and getting them excited?
Well, this is how you handle that situation to get the best results possible:
YOU: If you give me your contact information, I promise I will get back to you this evening.
Prospect: Well, I'm not comfortable giving out that information.
YOU: I understand, no problem. It was very nice meeting you. (just walk off)
That's how you do that. No info, no presentation.
Because about half the time, this happens:
YOU: No problem, I understand. It was nice meeting you.
Prospect: Well, hold on. Here is my info. Just don't forget about me.
When some see they are going to lose out on something, they take action.
