Recruit a minimum of 3 people and teach those 3 people to recruit their 3. You get paid on 2 of your members.
Meaning you start seeing results on the first 2 people you recruit.
4 different entry levels (RSA)
Platinum 12% (Currently R2500) 

Good 10% (currently R2000)

Silver 8% (currently R1500)

Q-silver 8% (currently R1000)

Each entry level gets you point (pvs). The money that you join with buys you stock or products from the company. For every member you recruit depending on your entry level, you get the percentage of that level, for example if your entry level is R1000, you get paid 8% of the points your members got. The points or pvs Determine your salary or pay, the more points you get and your members get the more pay. These points you accumulate move you up levels. We have Diamond 1 or D1 up to D7 and after that you become a Star director 1 or SD1 up to SD5, remember for you to move up you must market the company and recruit people. You determine your own salary or pay, the harder you work at recruiting people the more you'll get from the Business. You get incentives like Cars, International trips with all expenses paid, Houses, petrol and cellphones. All incentives paid out in cash. 

And if you feel like not recruiting People, you can order the Longrich products and sell to the public, the profits are yours, you do what you want with the profits.
