Am I the only one who doesn't find the idea of employment appealing... Maybe I should rephrase that �so here's the real question "am I the only one who doesn't find the idea of helping someone build their legacy appealing", doesn't rub you the right way as well huh, well welcome to the land of the ambitious kindred.

Let's face it, there's bad treatment at most work places, let's not beat around the bush, doesn't matter if you're under qualified or properly qualified, the truth remains, somehow bullies always find their way into people's anguish � it's getting really old and annoying if you ask me, but they don't know that do they, and it's worse when we're all grown up and working and they happen to be your superiors, and of course you have the sell outs, the teachers pets, always want to be the ones to get the attention, good treatment or whatever, or rather competing to be in the employers good graces, should I go on, what I can say is that these people will do anything to make sure you lose your job or that you turn out to be the bad guy. Either they want to put their relatives in the job or whatever, it's survival of the fittest. 

And here's my favourite part in a work place you have to report to someone else and they always have an attitude right what with the superiority and everything, shout out if you don't like kissing your way to the top, that is not good for ambitious people is it, people like me and you kindred, do not fit in that criteria, it kind of feels like some force is dimming our light right, so there's always that constant nagging that screams to you and urges you to do something cause you know that as long as you're there, let's just say that place will be the death of you, it's just something you just know.

Besides you and I both know kindred that some of the people you report to are not as much educated as you are, the worst part is that they earn more than you do and they have the personality to match with their pockets, such is the culture of the companies we're supposed to work for, say I more... Oh you understand, let's move right along. 

So you question yourself because ambitious people do that, like is it worth it, is it worth the risk, you could just keep working as long as there's a salary at the end of the month, but you know the answer to that don't you, fact is you're asking yourself the wrong questions, instead why not enquire with your inner council of these questions: "are there other opportunities out there where I won't have to deal with such unecessities" or "do I want to grow into the uncomfortable limits it salaries" and the most important "what could I do to enforce a change in this cultural company treatment". 

The answers are 1. Yes 2. no, 3. MULTI LEVEL MARKETING. Yes there are other opportunities with better treatments, no you don't want to grow into the uncomfortable limits of salaries, no one needs that, why do you think people bet on lottery, and the answer, your answer is multi level marketing, so what is that, the name explains itself really, but here we go, 

Multi-level Marketing also called network marketing or referral marketing is a marketing strategy for the sale of products or services where the revenue of the MLM company is derived from a non-salaried workforce selling the company's products/services while the earnings of the participants are derived from binary compensation commission system.

In simple terms this means you join an MLM business, then the product or service becomes your stock, kind of; then you recruit to get commission, you earn from the services or products you're selling and getting commissions just for recruiting people in the business, how good is that, see now you don't have to deal with all the nitty gritty and you're making a change to your fellow brothers and sisters out there, here's the greatest part, you get paid at your own convenience, no need to wait for payday, and the profit is unlimited, you work at your own pace, space and time and pay yourself. 

I once worked at a company that didn't have a payroll system, the boss simply did bank transfers, and somehow he forgot to pay me I had to wait for two days past payday, the debit orders, my landlord and shortage of groceries in the room, transport to work��‍♀️ fortunately I don't have to deal with that now, if I don't get paid I only have myself to blame. 

If you're deal with a situation why not deal with it for good and face other challenges; life is not fun without them right, I mean where's the growth in dealing with a challenge temporarily, time is not waiting, if yiu get get it over and done with one thing, then how're going to deal with all the challenges life throws at you. 

As much as there are other opportunities, there are risks and challenges that one has to make or deal with, but as long as you thrive to be independent from the system, you will make do and survey where to get your gold mine, it lies in the "how to" and for that one ought to accumulate information, within information lies opportunities all you need to do now is to learn how to exploit it and actually acting according to your exploitation plan. 

Being open minded and ready for new knowledge and taking educated risks is key in MLM. Educate yourself about any income generating information you come across, like you would a job deion, because truth it the matter is that you can't master what you don't love, through education comes an educated mind and a passion for what one learns about, instead of second guessing opportunities, study their sector master the nature of it so you know which one to second guess and which to grasp without any doubts, these things are an open book really you just need to know what to to read.

Many people are stuck in the employment system because there isn't anyone to teach them otherwise, it can't be their employers for obvious reasons, or that people find opportunities and not share, and that's where MLM comes in, there's no room for greedy silence, because MLM is about the people, you get rich through people, people get rich through others, and so forth, think of the pyramids of Giza, a sight to see right, it's wasn't built by one person, or one company buy by many, 

Personally doing multi level marketing sustained my sanity, after quiting my job I fell into a great depression, but finding something to do while making money gave me purpose. I've carried the unfortunate burden of unemployment most young South Africans carry, but I'm still young, healthy with my sanity intact, because instead of being desperate, broke and helpless, I go online and work, either that or in searching for an trustworthy MLM business to invest into, I try to make things happen for through customized solutions, just by accumulating information, educating myself and exploiting what I've learned into fruition, 

Trust me I've learned a lot of skills and I didn't have to pay money for them; leadership, project management, marketing, psychology behind market and the target market, how to exploit trends and to never let a great opportunity pass by. I'm an introvert who was hopeless at interacting, but knowing what to say helped me a lot also learning from top earners has helped a lot, so I am less than 25 years and scratching the surface.
