Ketosis takes fatty acids and stored fats from the body and turns them in to ketones , This process happens naturally, and the liver creates the ketones that tell your body to burn fat for fuel instead of carbs

Crock Pot shredded creamy chicken 


Keto ratio 4.5:1

Makes 2-4 meals 

Ingredients: 

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 sticks of butter

2 cream cheese 

1. heat chicken and butter on high until chicken is cooked and falling apart (about 2 hours) 

2. Shred with forks. Stir in cream cheese 

3. Serve over heated cauliflower rice. You can add shedder cheese to this if desired. 


Almond coated pork chops 


Keto ratio: 2.48:1

3 oz boneless pork chop 

1/4 cup almonds raw finely chopped 

1/4 raw spinach leaves, loosely packed 

4 romaine lettuce leaves 

1 tbsp cream cheese 

2 tsp butter 

2 tsp yellow mustard 

Salt and pepper 

1. Spread 1 tsp of butter on to dry pork chop 

2. Coat pork chop with finely chopped almonds 

3. In a pan add the remaining butter and turn on medium heat 

4. Once it begins to bubble add the almond coated pork chop 

5. In the same sauce pan, heat the cream cheese on low and mustard to create the sauce 

6. Mix the spinach and romaine lettuce and place onto a plate. 

7. Place cooked pork chop onto bed of vegetable 

8. Drizzles the sauce onto the pork chop and enjoy 


90 second keto bread 


Ingredients: 

Almond flour (ground almond)

Egg 

Baking powder 

Butter 

Flaxseed 


Mix: 

30 grams almond flour 

1 egg 

Tbsp melted butter 

1/2 tsp baking powder 

5 grams flaxseed 

Put in microwave for 90 seconds 

Can be eaten that way or toasted 


Keto snacks: 


Hot dog stuffed or wrapped with cheese and dipped in Mayonnaise


Keto breakfast: 


Eggs 

Bacon
