People need network marketing...they just don't know they need it

Matthew 17:19-20:  "Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, "Why couldn't we drive it out?"  He replied,"Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain. 'Move from here to there.' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

There is work involved in netWORK  marketing.  Results and success in network marketing don't come overnight or easily.  Putting God first is the biggest key in our life, and we have to do our part to be successful as we make God first.  That doesn't mean life will be easy, but it does mean our lives have a foundation to build on.  Faith in the one true God is that foundation.

People need to have an understanding of network marketing before they can develop a level of belief and faith in the profession and themselves.  People limit themselves without that understanding and they don't even realize it.  I want to help people not limit themselves.

In our culture we are raised and conditioned to work for somebody else.  We are not taught about leverage.  Leverage is what allows people to be successful in network marketing.  It is the most fair way of doing business.  

It is fair because we show people a better way, we then help them learn how to develop the skills they need to build their own teams, and then as they become productive with those skills we are compensated for training them.  It is in our best interest to help these people become as successful as they possibly can be.  They win, and in turn, we win.  We hopefully forge lifetime friendships in the process.

We are raised to pick a vocation or a profession after high school, find the best place to be trained for that field we chose, go through the training and find a good job with outstanding benefits.  Later we should be able to retire from that career and enjoy our retirement.  That's how we are taught and is the socially accepted thing to do.

I have learned that it is also a limited view of a working life.  Network marketing is a better way.  

An education on network marketing needs to be involved as kids go through school, grow up, and enter the workforce.  Even if they choose to work for somebody else, they need the skills of a networker and a network marketing business.  They need to be successful enough that they can rely on the network marketing business if something goes wrong on their job.  

As Eric Worre has said in his training videos, people need to answer the question about what they do for a living with "I am a __________ (fill in the blank) and I'm a network marketer".  A network marketing business has to be started before it can grow.

My passion for network marketing becomes stronger the more I learn about it and the more I listen to highly successful leaders.  The leaders became successful because they learned the communications skills necessary and simply didn't quit.

There are realities to network marketing that have to be understood as well.  Some people will quit after they come in.  Some people will never get past their mental blocks about network marketing and selling (we all sell everyday, by the way).  The key is to never quit building once you have learned the skills, and to not put too much energy into the people who are negative.  

Keep contacting, interviewing, and finding the right people throughout your lifetime.  Make it a fun thing to become a professional communicator and networker.  Learn to be interested in other people instead of being interesting to other people.  Develop listening skills and good closing skills.  Like Zig Ziglar said, "We build people and people build the business."

We help make people's lives better with network marketing.  They just don't know it yet.  It's our job to show them that it's a better way.
