Times are changing. Those who are still trying to grow a networking team by prospecting are not changing with the rest of us.
Turns out, anyone who “fogs a mirror” is not the perfect prospect after all. This mentality will only get you so far, and will come with constant rejection.
Yes, I went through tons of heartache. The rejections, the cold calling, prowling the mall for someone to talk to… this left me exhausted and discouraged!!
And what was I doing about product sales? SELL, SELL, SELL! I plastered my products all over social media.
All this did was upset everyone I was spamming!
Yikes! But this is what I was taught to do!
I’ve had a lot of life experience. Enough to know that this is no way to live!
Someone reminded me that Theodore Roosevelt said it this way:
“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”
My life, and my business, are so much better, now that I create lasting relationships that I truly care about. Because of this shift, I have a steady stream of people coming to me, asking how they can join me!

I was beside myself, realizing my team was not duplicating. No matter how much training I did, my team was not following and doing what I was doing. It seemed like they were not listening to the training, at all.
Now as A Network Marketer, we know that Duplication is essential to grow a Network team.
I was stalled, and overwhelmed, and always feeling frustrated And this really was upsetting to me, I began to feel that I was not up to being a trainer, was not good enough for this business.
Training provided to new members in how to interface with the company was getting stale and boring, although essential to get them started in the business.
What was happening in my business the prospects were not following me,
They were running through their friends and family without any sign-ups.
I was beside myself
The Attraction marketing that I learned was actually working form me, however, I was not able to pass it on to my team.
At least I had new contacts to bring in, however they we’re just replacing the ones that were dropping out
MY group set up for the team was stale and had no momentum to energize the new people.
️People are individuals with different needs
️Mind Set issues are a hindrance
️Lack of momentum was a killer
️New recruits were rapidly running out of their personal warm market
️New prospects are coming from a Cold market
️They do not Know, Like and trust you
Wow! what a wakeup call.
In my search for a better way, I realized that people were not meant to duplicate. We need a system that will duplicate.
A system the teaches not only Attraction Marketing but has a way to change new recruits coming from a cold market into a warm addition to the group.
You see I struggled with all this until I truly understood that:
️People do not duplicate, they are individuals
️Systems duplicate
️You need a system to bring a Cold Prospect into a Warm condition
️They will not join you until they know, like and trust you
So what are we to DO!
️To sustain growth you must create a new warm audience and,
️Have a system that you can immerse your prospects in to bring them from Cold to WARM
️As system that generated momentum and energy to keep new people engaged
