I knew I would be supported. I have a fabulous mentor and divisional leader and great fellow team members. We even have optional virtual socials. These friendships were unexpected, and have helped me feel grounded during lockdown.

It gave me a focus in furlough. When I was furloughed it enabled me to have a focus on something other than not working. I have been able to grow my team, increase the variety of my posts, start to support other team members as my mentor's team grows and feels more like a community. I feel more able to answer queries and offer suggestions within the group setting and I love hearing about the success of others. You see, at Usborne, it isn't a competition, it really is a team effort.

I promoted and achieved more thsn I ever thoight possible. I am now a Team Leader with 4 first line and 1 second line recruit.  Supporting others gives me a huge buzz, watching them step out of their confort zone is a pleasure too.

What next? There is a starter pack for 48 gbp. This provides 150 worth of books and stationery (catalogues, order forms). You also get your own, free website to allow customers to buy directly from you.

Silly season is upon us (15th September until Christmas). Help others find perfect gifts with new titles. Online or in person, no matter. However you do it is great. Plus you are entitled to extra freebies yourself!
