KNOW WELL AND LEARN WELL........ We all have a natural tendency to want to know all there is to know within the shortest possible time. So we read various topics and move on to the next even if we are yet to fully grasp the previous one. Continuing down the road we discover that we have forgetten or remember very little of what we read or learnt previously. So you discover that you are reading and learning a lot but not actually knowing as you ought. This in turn affects your level of implementation and consequently your results. Focused concerntration until you grasp what you read is better. This means you will need to acquire knowledge systematically. Take it one step at a time. Mastery is the key. Its better to master one aspect than know so little about a lot that brings no tangible result in your life. Be patient with yourself, know well and implement. You can read various books on the same topic. Master what you need then move on. Know what you need and focus until you get it. Don't be in a hurry to cover grounds without mastering them. The benefit of this is that you are able to reproduce what you know and use it in real life situations.
