I shouldn't say this (again) but, "you'll be laughing all the way to the bank!"
Ha! Ha!
So, what is a joke?
1. Something said or done to evoke laughter or amusement, especially an amusing story with a punch line.
2. A mischievous trick; a prank
3. Something that is of ludicrously poor quality
4a. Informal: Something not to be taken seriously; a triviality: The accident was no joke.
4b. Informal: An object of amusement or laughter; a laughingstock: His loud tie was the joke of the office.
Some similar words, discussion of: witticism, quip, crack, wisecrack, gag
All these nouns refer to something that is said or done in order to evoke laughter or amusement.
Joke especially denotes an amusing story with a punch line at the end: She told jokes at the party.
A witticism is a witty, usually cleverly phrased remark: "He said one should treat heavy things lightly and light things with gravity, which became a handy witticism" (N. Dykstra).
A quip is a clever, pointed, often sarcastic remark: He responded to the tough questions with quips.
Crack and wisecrack refer less formally to flippant or sarcastic retorts: She made a crack about my driving ability; he was punished for making wisecracks in class.
Gag is principally applicable to a broadly comic remark or to comic byplay in a theatrical routine: It was one of the most memorable gags in the history of vaudeville.
All this isn't really important.
I'm just trying to hit my 400-word-minimum for this Business Announcement.
Ha! Ha!
However, this is legit - because I'm a JOKER!
Ha! Ha!
What IS important here is that Jokers Network is a simple concept and a great service. And, prices are very street-level: less than $1.50 per month!
ZOWIE!
Think about it:
1. Everybody likes to laugh! Bingo!
2. Everybody has 40 cents per week. Bingo!
3. 10 levels can produce a very large commission over-ride, even with our low pricing. Bingo!
So, get on the Laugh Train and sign up for free.
We launch on April 1, which is April Fools Day: no coincidence, I'm sure!
