I do a monthly box people can sign up for, I always make sure the value is over the amount they are spending and I still make a profit. 

Not only can you make commission on your own sales, you can build your downline and you earn commission of your teams sales as well! There are many encentives and specials offers you’ll get from Avon as a representative, during my own kickstart program I got an Avon tote, free Avon products from the brochures, and I got a blender with a ton of storage containers! There’s a blab program that for every qualifing downline you get a scratch ticket and people have been winning awesome tools for their business and things for personal use!
