I used to wake up every morning forcefully by an alarm clock  just to have a case of the Mondays just about everyday. But let’s face it, it’s really not Monday that’s the problem.

This Monday morning, I woke up uninterrupted, made a cup of coffee and came outside to see one of the bluest skies I’ve seen in awhile.

Who knows, two Monday’s from now, my view could be overlooking Lake Tahoe or Maybe the Eiffel Tower, who knows.

The point is, Monday’s can be great! If you love the alarm clock mornings to sit in a cubicle or whatever it is you do, then that is fantastic, I think that’s a rarity. But for me, mornings like this can’t be wasted in a sea of cubicle dividers or the sound of machines running.

Stepping out of your comfort zone is a key ingredient to making a change, with anything in life. Change starts with a choice. Change your mindset, change your life.
