First Event in January Over 700 Distributers In Sydney.

January 12 saw over 700 distributers join us in Sydney at the Hilton, from all parts of Australia, New Zealand, and UK/Canada.  The event was sold out in late December and with a 300% growth in 2018, it is no surprise.

The day focused heavily on Marketing.  Facebook has been making many changes.  Some of the words in marketing can't be used.  The political correct direction Facebook is taking means your ads need to be well constructed and not self promoting or unclear in what you are offering.

We touched on the colour and boldness of images, short messages and images unique to your message, website and Optin pages.  Facebook wants to see uniformity in everything.

We also celebrated the New Qualifying M8 Directors and our Newest $100K Club member Nicola.  There was over 15 Rising Star Members awarded  trophies.  My team welcomed another 5 new members from round the world.

We also set up a marketing plan for the next 12 weeks working towards our 5 Day Wealth Building Event in Phuket starting March 24-29.

The big message of the day, was to stop selling and start selecting the qualified people, who have a reason to change their life.  Interviewing is the key in our business.

At the start of the event we were asked to 

  1. write down what you want to get from the event?
  2. who do you want to speak too?
  3. what belief do you want to remove?

We all have an opinion of WHY something hasn't worked.  Most of the time we point the finger at everything but ourselves, because we over value our knowledge and experience.

When you can let go of what you Think You Know and follow the simple plan of the business you are in, without reinventing the wheel your results and lifestyle change.

You become a student of Success, not a sales person looking for the next short term cash injection.

We have an amazing group of leaders in our business and many of them have had professions in many different areas in life.  One lady from Canada who I have know for many years, made this comment while we were chatting at the lunch break when asked, how did it change for you?

I decided it I want it more than feeling frustrated...

It is little conversations like this which can change your business over night.

I came away from the event with my question answered.  

What powerful solution am I offering which creates action immediately from the prospect.

Lifestyle , money and time are standard and logical reasons to make a change, but what are the emotions which are keeping you awake each night, the pains and stresses that are inhabiting your body, and regrets, memories and experiences you want to remove, replay or replace.

How can my business solve those problems today.  Personal Development only works when you apply it, practice it and create a daily discipline to do it.

It is easy not to do what you know you should do. Your prospect buys you first. so be careful how you turn up on each call.
