More loving marketing

Hey I'm Liz from Ela's Essentials. 

I started on a health focused journey 8 years ago. I was hit by a guy texting & driving a truck. He rear end me at a stop sign. Ever since that day I've had to redirect my focus to finding a way out of pain. I did not want to fall into an addiction so I knew I needed to learn about natural alternatives. I have depression & the pills I got made me a zombie. I knew I needed to find some other options. I feel that having emotions is an important aspect of what makes a person unique. I couldn't live in aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (emotionless & dull) anymore. Anyway, that's where my motivation started

The first thing I found immediately that I will never go without now - cbd. I use it everyday. 

Then I tried everything I heard of. To name a few: accupunctor, cupping, reiki, salt rooms, many types of massage, etc. 

What helped the most: change in diet, cutting out negative people, exercise 

What I love the most for a quick support- essential oils. I came across them about 3 years ago.

What have I found to be the perfect set up for me? Frequency sessions followed by chiropractic care. Select frequency session from my email options for info on that process. 

I teach about using natural products instead of toxic ingredients. I have a blog with a large variety of education. A few of the topics are: makeup, foods, CBD, hair detangler, tips for parents, supplements & pet products. Plants can be used to do so many things ♡♡. Love to here what you learned!
