Questions for Giving Away Free Vacations to your Clients!

http://freepromos.club

Do my customers have to take a timeshare presentation in order to take advantage of your vacation certificates?

Great question. No, your customers will never be required to attend any sales or timeshare presentation. These are real, top quality Resorts with no hidden fees or strings attached. We own and operate BookVIP.com and we are simply filling otherwise empty rooms which the hotels and resorts turn into additional revenue from these consumers spending money on the property, such as room service, spa, in house restaurants, bar purchases, casino and extra day stay, etc. In addition we will offer them additional incentives and upgrades that your client can choose to accept or decline. These additional incentives will save your customer from $500 to $1500 that will include a discovery tour of the property to introduce them to the benefits of resort membership or ownership. Your Client however will NEVER be required to upgrade.

How are you able to offer these incentives?

BookVIP has traveled over 1 million families to date and has contracts with the world leading hotel chains, and resorts to help them fill their otherwise empty rooms. We help fill empty rooms which the hotels, resorts turn into additional revenue from other areas of their property and future bookings. Hotels rarely experience full occupancy, yet they remain open, providing rooms and services at fixed costs. So when hotels give out their rooms by partnering with Advertising bait and BookVIP, they might miss out on the room fee, but they already didn't have that in the first place, at least now they have the opportunity to gain a customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, their casinos, an extra day stay, future bookings, etc. The benefit of why our program works so well is the fact that it's a win win for everyone involved. You win because you gain more business from using our incentives. Your customers win because they received an awesome incentive gift from you. The resorts win because they gain additional revenue from other areas of their establishment that they otherwise would not have been able to get and they also have a new client that may book with them in the future. BookVIP will also offer additional upgrades and incentives that your client can choose to accept or not.

How many vacations can I give away with my membership?

As a member of Advertising bait you can give away an unlimited number of digital certificates. Your customers can only use one in the US and One internationally.

Can I offer these certificates to anyone from any country?

No Currently these offers are available to US and Canadian citizens. We are currently putting offers for resorts in other countries that will allow you to market to Europeans and even Asian countries soon.

Do the certificates have an expiration date?

Yes, our digital certificates created will be assigned an expiration date 7 days out from the date you sent it. Please note that the expiration date shown on the digital certificates only pertains to the actual activation of the certificate. After your customers activate a vacation certificate, they will have at least 18 months to travel. To activate the guest simply needs to pay the daily taxes and fees that correspond to the certificate. They can activate by phone or online.

Why does advertising bait put a 7 day expiration date on the certificates?

The business model works best when the customer activates right away otherwise most will forget they even received it. During this 7 day period we will send them up to 3 emails to remind them to activate. Our redemption rate is the highest in the industry because the 7 day expiration date provides a sense of urgency to activate and use it. Another important reason is that the 7 day expiration date is there to protect our business and your business in the event our contracts change with the participating properties and travel companies, we can easily update or change our offers. This way we do not expose ourselves or your company to discontinued certificates in circulation that may be redeemed at anytime in the future.

Do my customers have to set their reservations and travel by the expiration date printed on the certificate?

No. The expiration date pertains to activation of the vacation certificate only. Once your customer activates by paying the taxes and fees of a vacation certificate they will then have at least 18 months to travel. Example for our US resorts the activation fee is $19.45 per night and our Mexico offers is $19.70 per night.

Do you use my customers email or info for any other purpose?

No. We do not do any other marketing to your certificate recipient. We respect our business partners and have no intention of spamming your clients with email. We will send up to 3 email reminders during the first 7 days prior to the certificate expiration to remind them to activate. If they do activate then they have become a customer of ours as well and we may need to have further communication with this customer concerning the reservation, or reminding them to book dates etc.

Can I personalize the certificates to feature my business name, website address, and my logo? Can I design my own certificates and web banners?

Yes, you can! Each certificate has a "Compliments Of" area. You have the option to fill this area in with your business name, or website,

How does my customer to redeem the certificates?

Your customer may activate a certificate over the phone or online by paying the resorts taxes and fees of $19.45 for our US resort options and $19.70 per night for our Mexico resort options. Once they activate within 7 days of receiving the digital certificate your customer will have 18 months to choose travel dates. To date we have redeemed tens of thousands of digital certificates and have a fantastic reputation that we are proud of!

How many certificates can my customers activate?

Your customers can activate each individual vacation certificate once. So for example they can use the Mexico vacation to one of the destinations once or they can use One of the US destinations once. This means your customer can take advantage one US and One Mexico vacation.

These certificates are meant to be used to generate new business new prospects not for your personal use as an advertising bait member for each new destination or to be simply giving away vacations to the same people or friends and family or staff etc. This is meant to be a tool to generate new Prospects or Customers for each of you. Not for personal use to each destination. We encourage all members to try us out and use ONE certificate to see how the program works.

As an Advertising bait member can I use all of the destinations?

These certificates are meant to be used to generate new business or new prospects not for your personal use or to be simply giving away vacations to the same people or friends and family or your staff etc.

This is a tool to generate new leads referrals or sales to grow your business and ours. Not for personal use to each destination.

We encourage all members to try us out and sample one of the destinations and use ONE certificate to see how the program works.

Can I resell your certificates?

No. You may not. Reselling or bartering the certificates will cause us to void the certificate. This will violates our terms, conditions, and agreements you accept before using our certificates. The agreements we maintain with our hotel and resort companies prevent us from competing against or jeopardizing their published rack rate. If you were able to sell these certificates, there would be no way to prevent a member from selling our certificates directly to the end user, thereby creating competition and lowering our partner properties' published rates. So they cannot be sold or bartered for services in anyway.

Is this month to month or a long term contract?

No, there is no long term contract, our program runs on a month to month basis. You can cancel anytime all we ask for is a 7 day notice before your next billing date to avoid being auto billed.

Since my customers have to pay the taxes and fees on the vacations, how do I explain it to them? How would I word it in my marketing material?

This is a great question. At advertisingbait.com, we teach all of our customers NOT to use the word "Free" when promoting our incentives. Instead, we promote the use of words and phrases such as "Included with Purchase," or "Complimentary Vacation Certificate," or "Selected To Receive." This way you are still getting the same response rates as if you did use the word "Free." and do not necessarily need to disclose the terms. Many of our members however do find ways to disclose these terms to their customers.

Can I use the certificates myself?

We definitely encourage our members to use the certificates for themselves. We want you to be excited to be able to offer our incentives to your customers.

Can the certificates be used as a reward for my sales staff, managers and field crew?

It is a great idea for members to use them as incentives for employees to meet their goals, but "keep in mind that they are not meant for group travel. Our certificates are solely to be used for promotional use only and are not designed for group travel. You would not be able to put together a group vacation package using our certificates for your employees/staff or network marketing downline organization. You would not be able to continue to give away these vacations to the same team members as the limitations are only 1 per user per country.

I am in the Insurance, Financial Services & Real Estate Industry; does gifting my clients with your certificates violate my state ethics regulations?

There are very specific regulations regarding "gifting" your clients in these industries. We are not your lawyers but It is our understanding that if you were to use an incentive as a way to "bribe" a customer or anyone for that matter into sending you referrals it would be against regulation. However, if you use it as a gift after the purchase, just as a thank you to your customer, it is our understanding that this scenario would be in compliance. This was found directly on the RESPA website: Can a lender give a borrower an incentive, such as a chance to win a trip or a rebate, for doing business with the lender? RESPA does not prohibit a lender or other settlement provider from giving the borrower an incentive for doing business with it as long as the incentive is not based on the borrower referring business to the lender. Also, you can use incentives as lead generators to help boost response rates to your ads. I.E. "Find out what your home is worth get a No obligation home value report and receive a complimentary vacation certificate, No Purchase Necessary." You are not requiring anyone to pay you any money so this strategy would be in compliance. We have heard that Insurance companies cannot spend more than $12 on a gift for a customer. Since you pay $49 a month to give away as many as you need; how much did the certificate end up costing you if you factor the $49 divided by how many you gave away that month?. Also, since your customer has to participate by sending in fees to receive the incentive gift, you are not actually giving them a vacation that you paid for. You are simply presenting them with the opportunity to take advantage of a really great offer if they are willing to participate. Since you are not purchasing the vacations outright, using our marketing incentives in these industries is compliant.
