Canaris Network is not an MLM business as there is no product or service to buy or sell. Instead, Canaris is an opportunity to benefit from the cooperative financing of a social movement. The mission of the parent organization, Public Banking Coalition Canada is to Revitalize Rural and Small Town Canada through local community merchant financial cooperatives known as Co-op Merchant Banks. Locally owned, operated, and financed these 'public cooperative banks' would invest directly with non-agricultural business entrepreneurs, retailers, manufacturing, engineering, and any innovative rural-based business. The Co-op Banks are non-deposit investment banking institutions that primarily act as underwriters of private commercial loans from other local lending institutions. The Co-op Bank would not compete directly with the local Credit Unions and Commercial Banks but strengthen rural economies by encouraging the maintenance of community currency union districts. This new concept to Canada is modeled upon the very successful German Sparkassen banking system. 

Although each local independent Co-op Merchant Bank would be restricted to operate within its own designated currency union district, they are united nationally to form a system of risk management and investment opportunity by RIBA, Rural Infrastructure and Builders Alliance. Additionally, the co-op bank system is operated in association with a Canadian chartered private reserve bank licensed by OSFI and supervised by the Bank of Canada.

The requirements to establish a Charter Bank in Canada are several foundational resources that must be present along with the need to alleviate the real desperate circumstance in rural Canada for a private capital infrastructure bank focused on Rural Canada.  First, Banking knowledge and skills which Canada is fortunate to have in abundance.  The second requirement is cash flow resources adequate to marshal and to finance the establishment of the New Chartered Bank and the RIBA Co-op banking infrastructure on a national basis. Finally, Bank Capital, the capitalization of both the RIBA system and the new Rural Canada Infrastructure Bank must be structured to establish both as viable commercial business operations capable to achieve the Revitalization of Rural Communities and small towns and urban boroughs throughout Canada. Rural Canada is a very prosperous sector of the Canadian economy. It is in no way poor. Rural Canada is desperately short of investment capital for no agricultural endeavors. This is the mission of Canaris, establish a means to funnel capital back into rural Canada.

The function of the MLM software is to maintain and keep clear to all the structured relationships of all the participants who have joined the Canaris (Network) Cooperative. The cost is $500 to join. The short term cash return is more than 200 percent plus other long term benefits of belonging to the Canaris Cooperative.

The amount is $500. This is allocated within the Canaris Cooperative as, $200 becomes a refundable one-time membership fee and $300 is allocated to purchase a RIBA contract. A completed RIBA contract is capable of returning $1500, a 200 % return.
