With Sunset Gourmet, I double down on what I’ve always believed: food should make your life easier, not heavier. Flavor without overwhelm. Structure without rigidity. Tools that help families eat well without turning the kitchen into a second job. This isn’t about being a “food influencer.”

It’s about being a practical operator in the kitchen and in business.

In 2026, my podcast The Practical Plate becomes a central asset — not a hobby. It’s where I talk about food, energy, overwhelm, entrepreneurship, systems, and the unfiltered reality of building a sustainable life while your brain doesn’t always cooperate with traditional models.

No performance.

No guru energy.

Just practical conversations that respect intelligence and lived experience.
