Great Opportunity for Equity Partners  and Tradesmen.

We have decided to appoint up to 5 Equity Partners to invest in our PERTH business as the owner is planning to retire within the next 12 to 24 months. 

This is an excellent recession proof, high Cash Flow business.

Finding the right people to join us is far more important than the money so we are asking for a very nominal investment of only AUD$20,000 from each of the 5 suitable applicants and offering in return an initial 10% equity in the company. The 10% equity will rise to 20% each when the owner retires.

Equity Partners can be totally passive (based anywhere) or preferably, active within the Company on either a part time or full time basis (must live in Perth). We would ideally like to offer Senior Management positions to one or more of the 5 Equity Partners (CEO, General Manager etc.) in which case impressive Management experience is an absolute pre-requisite.

As mentioned above, the owner is planning to retire within 2 years and he'd like to expand the business so that he can retire knowing that his company is in good hands moving forward. He will be advertising details of the opportunities in the media and also probably talking to a few recruitment agencies. There are several genuine opportunities for Tradies so I told him I could also help by posting a few ads on social media etc. He is looking for hardworking Tradesmen who would like to boost their income... four or five in Perth (and possibly one in the Mandurah/Rockingham area) with experience in any of the following... Property Maintenance, Cleaning, Sub-Contracting, Home Repairs, Experienced Handymen, Maintenance guys etc... he would also consider one or two keen, ambitious younger workers, just starting out in life, who would like to have their own business rather than working for someone else.
