I attached a flier below about the 24 day challenge. This is my second time doing it and this go around I am being really strict. The results are actually showing. While doing this you need to eat 3 healthy meals and 3 healthy snacks a day. I am also working out 5 days a week. You MUST drink a gallon of water a day too! Great for weight loss. I am currently down 23lbs on Day 21.
They have an app too. It holds me accountable.

Okay as for addons with the 24 day challenge. I highly recommend the Catalyst pills. Will make you sweat during workouts and gets you more lean. I take these all the time. Even off the challenge. If you want more but not a must I really recommend the Carb Erase and Thermo Plus. You will be able to read about each ones purpose on the site.
