My name is Alyson and I am a stay at home mom to 3 littles. I am also a consultant for Rodan and Fields, the #1 skincare brand in the US. After moving to Florida and realizing that drugstore skin care products just weren't going to cut it in this Florida heat, I decided to do some research.

There are 4 main regimens that treat the 4 most common skin concerns (aging, acne, sensitivity, and sun damage), as well as many essentials and enhancements to complement them (think sunscreen and self tanner, microdermabrasion paste and our crazy popular Lash Boost) or for use independently. The products are developed by the same dermatologists that created Proactiv and contain dermatology grade products (ex. benzoyl peroxide, retinol).

There are multiple ways to become involved with the business and the thing I love most is that there is no obligation to meet certain milestones each month - you are provided support and incentives, but there is no obligation or punishment to participate - you get exactly what you put into your business. You can become a consultant for as little as $45 or as much as $995, each business plan provides you with a different amounts of our products, but still provides you the same level of support. You are provided support on multiple levels -your team, Facebook pages, corporate, etc...I have found that friends who are not even involved with my team have provided support and encouragement.
