Our founder started out making jewelry in her spare time and selling it on the side while working for various DS companies. When she saw how popular her pieces were she decided to take a chance and launch her own DS company. She now has other people that help her with the jewelry making, since she is mostly working the business side of things nowadays. We have a little over 1000 members now, so the market is definitely not saturated as it is with some other companies. You get a lot of training materials and everyone is very helpful and friendly. We have several FB groups...for each team, for the company, a sales group and we also have a team chat for our team. Our founder and her second in command are both very responsive and will help us out with any questions or problems we have. Our owner is available on messenger from around 8AM MST until about 9PM MST. Her second in command has a full time job, so she is not available until around 6PM MST until about 9PM MST. Both are very nice and believe strongly in the saying "there are no stupid questions".
