For referrals you earn R145 per person plus pairing bonuses of R400 every time there is a matching pair. You join, you refer 2 people (you earn R145x2+400=R690), who in turn refer 2 each (the first two earn R690 each, you earn bonus points of R400 x2 = R800), these 4 refer 2 each = 8 referrals, you earning pairing bonuses of R400 each = R1600) and so on. So for 16 referrals a day with 8 pairing bonuses, your will earn in excess of R5k per day.  This is an example for one business centre.
