Hi, I joined Avon 8 years ago when I left full time employment, and began looking for part time opportunities where I could be my own boss.  

Finding Avon UK had given me the flexibility to plan my business around my lifestyle.  I can go to the gym in the daytime, join in exercise and dance classes, swim and use the extensive spa facilities and still be home in plenty of time to get dinner. I’ve have time to spend with my friends and family.  BUT now I choose when to work and still earn some money.

With AVON I’ve worked my way up from Representative, to becoming a Presidents Club Brinze member by achieving the first representative sales target. I decided to become a Sales Leader last year. This role involves recruiting more representatives join AVON and enables me to share my experiences and best practice. I an able to use many of the teaching techniques I acquired as an Adult Education Tutor to guide and advise my team.
