  You will also have the option of building a team which will give you the ability to make residual income.  You will make a 10% override on every person who you sign on under you, that's 10% of the total commissions. After a team of 3, you will be in the residual bonus pool which is paid out month and a percentage of the total company's commissions.  At Gold level you will receive 20,000 shares in stock, bonus pool and other bonuses.  Yes, stock as in New York Stock exchange.  Our company is the ONLY MLM to be traded on the stock exchange.  Company wide decisions are made by the founder's club which is the voice of the travel advisors/agent.
