This is a non-profit corporation.  High Networth individuals donate to this non-profit for the tax benefits and a good feeling of helping others.  These funds are used to help individuals and families purchase a home.   Note: If you invite some to donate and they do, you will receive a great commission for doing so.

It is difficult for many people who pay rent to save up enough money to have a down payment for a new home and this is where we come in.   We can provide that down payment and get them out of renting.
