Well my story starts like many others, I serve my country, some injuries happened and it has led to many headaches and pain that can be very crippling at times. I was diagnosed with arthritis at the age of 34. I am almost 39 now. Needles to say it has been an adjustment. However the Va had been good to me, but i dislike taking 3-4 medications for pain management. So I started looking for a way to get off the medications to be able to do some of the things that i haven't been able to do due to the pain. While i have a long way to go and some more work to do on my body( have to lose weight) i can honestly say that my pain level is now manageable, i can go for a walk, this summer i have even got back on a horse after 18 years of not riding one. I just had my yearly physical done at the Va and my doctor is really happy with my current progress.
