New training program- doTERRA

Just recently doTERRA, the  essential oil and supplement company I work with released a new training program. Empowered Success. In the past new members have gotten in their welcome packet, 3 pamphlets- LIVE, SHARE, BUILD. The LIVE guide giving some ideas on incorporating oils into your life and taking advantage of your membership. SHARE guide for those who want to share with a few friends and get their oils paid for. Then BUILD for those wanting to use doTERRA as a vehicle for becoming financially free. As new members now get a beautiful book with their membership, Wellness Advocates (people who are building businesses) are encouraged to walk new members through the LIVE guide, and other guides as needed or requested. This is wonderful tool for follow-up, and helps you to learn more about your new members needs. It also give people a great chance to let you know if they are interested in sharing or building a business.  The Building guide is where I have seen the most improvement. My favorite part is that it truly helps people build their expectations not on hype but on real actions and numbers. Example- Goal- replace your income. Expect to spend 10-15 hours a week and enroll 4 to 5 people each month, and reach that goal in around a year. The Build guide also gives the reasons that network marketing work and why doTERRA is building with integrity for the long haul. 

Drum roll please! Now on top of the improvements on the first  guides they have added several other guides, Launch, Train, Lead, Inspire, etc. each one of these helping you build your strengths! Then a guide for each rank has been added to the system!  The Launch guide is excellent for providing a realistic view of how to get to the first significant ranks. The first being Elite (3,000pv) . All major rank advancements  are based on this rank, example- Silver requires 3 Elites, Platinum requires 3 Silvers. So by setting realistic expectations and goals I think we will see more people follow through and reach their goals.
