Would You Join Your Business?
Perhaps a strange title for a business announcement, but it is one that has a powerful message to it.
This is a question you should ask yourself, in order to find ways to actually get results in your MLM business.
"Would you join your business?" or "Would you join you?" is what you must know, to understand why others are either joining you, or even not joining you and your MLM business.
So I will dive deeper into this, and shed some light on why you should always be focused on becoming a person which people will want to work with, get behind, and invest in.
People Are Attracted To Busy People
How busy are you with your MLM business?
Are you working daily to generate new leads, prospect more people, build momentum with the team?
No one will be interested in jumping into a business if the person inviting them never works on their own.
You must show passion for your MLM business both when you talk of it, and when you work on it.
Become a busy person, and you will see why this holds true.
People Are Attracted To Confidence
One thing I see some people do, that is a huge mistake, is complain.
If people hear you complain about "not getting signups" then why would they ever signup?
You must be the one who brings hope, and never be the one who brings negativity.
Never complain or whine about things that do not go your way.
Who Do You Want As Your Upline?
If you could have the perfect upline in your MLM business, who would it be or what would that person be like?
Is it a person who does 3 way calls, and shows support to you?
A person who is busting their tail getting more people onto the team?
Whatever you imagine as the perfect upline, is who you need to become.
If you become the person you want to work with, then others will see the same in you.
Once you begin to develop this image, you begin seeing signups in your business.
Work Hard On Becoming A Better Leader
What it all boils down to, is you must always work harder on getting better yourself.
How do you do this?
By prospecting more people.
By creating content that helps others.
By doing those 3 ways calls.
By doing the things you wish others on your team would do, and doing them without complaining about them.
Being in MLM is tough, just like all businesses.
So focus on becoming that person you would join, and soon after, others will want to follow you where you go.
