Healthy habits. Giving up bad habits is very important, but also adopting good healthy habits such as staying hydrated, eating healthy and regular exercising are tools available to you to keep yourself healthy and avoiding disease. 

Diet! Make sure you are getting all the proper nutrition, vitamins and mineral in your diet. They can be from fruits, vegetables, proteins and supplements. It doesn’t have to be boring, you can have a perfectly tasty diet which is good for you!
