Now They Believe!

Obesity experts like Dr. I. Campbell are now espousing the benefits of MEDITATION/MINDFULNESS  for weight loss. Let me just quote something I read, that he said before I continue; "Just telling people to eat and exercise more, doesn't tend to work. We have incorporated mindfulness into our weight loss program and the results have been fantastic. It tackles the fact that so much of what we do is out of habit."

Now, I agree, which is why I am confident you will too as you see yourself RELEASING THE WEIGHT as you listen and work with these life-changing guided meditations for weight loss and body transformation.

One major idea I try to shift when it comes to weight loss is the focus placed on changing behaviors and habits, ONLY. The reason being, is that both ( habits and behaviors) are deeply seared in the psyche of most people and are not easy to change….. with LASTING results. This is the reason so many start on some kind of weight loss plan why and are successful for awhile but soon go back to their old HABITS & BEHAVIORS losing the battle. Habits can only, be changed when you change one's conditioning. Its what’s inside of us that creates success or failure; BECAUSE WHAT WE THINK ABOUT WE BRING ABOUT. 

We must shift HOW WE THINK about food and wight, AND we need to examine our inner core to determine; is it what we're eating or what is eating us? 

This is why I am a big proponent of  GUIDED MEDITATION FOR WEIGHT LOSS. Not because I teach it, or have a store that offers its products, but simply, BECAUSE IT WORKS! When I started creating powerful meditations like one of my favorites; “EAT ONLY WHEN HUNGRY” (you can hear a sample at our website) and started to notice (about a week later) THAT was just what I was doing, (EATING ONLY WHEN HUNGRY) I was sold! The weight was coming off! It was coming off even without a lot of strenuous exercise too.
