I moved from Denver, CO to Orlando, FL where in Denver I started working as an Experience Guide which is the title that we were given, we were not called car salesmen. We were taught that we do not sell a car we sell an experience, as a result of that training I brought that same mentality to the industry here in Florida. The guest experience is what I look to give my customers not focus on selling them a car. My hope is that when they leave I have developed a relationship and have given them an experience that they have not received before. My hope is that I am able to put the myth and misconceptions about car salesmen to bed and that after they receive the service that I have to offer I have changed my guests mentality in regards to their car buying experience. My hope is to set myself apart from that misconception and myth and to be given the opportunity to build a relationship in stead of just selling a car.
