What Should Your Sponsor Bring to You?

How many times have you been approached by friends, family members, and people on social media to start a Direct Sales business; selling candles, clothes, face wash, diet pills, or diet shakes? Does this team offer a system or road map to help you every step of the way? Does your sponsor and his/her upline have a track record of success (are they in the 3%)? How does this team plan to train and support you?
