I had a dream last night I WENT ON AN INTERVIEW FOR A JOB and when the boss asked what I wanted for compensation I replied:

1. First, I would like 30%-50% commission on everything I sell. 

2. I will need a monthly car allowance for a car of my choice when I reach the car volume.

3. I expect you to provide me with all the free training I want & need to become successful.

4. I’m going to need you to fill and process my sales for me. That includes shipping, tracking info to my clients, and customer service support that is only a click or dial away.

5. When I bring in and train any new sales people, I deserve to be compensated a percentage of their sales and the sales of the people they bring in.

6. I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company.

7. When I do well, I expect LOTS of praise and recognition, including fabulous vacations and trips with friends, prizes, and even cash bonuses!

8. I would like my friends and family to work here.

9. I’d like to get paid bonuses for training a team. Send me all of this in a check once a week as well.

10. Most importantly, I need to set my own schedule and work only when it suits me and my family.

“So... when can I start?”

After the owner recovered from the shock, he ROARED with laughter, “You can't be serious! You're dreaming! You'll never find an opportunity like that ANYWHERE! And if you do...Come back and get me because I want to work with you!"

Me: Nope that is PER MONTH! ��‍♀️

The greatest part about being a professional network marketer is working when you want to. Being your own boss doing the things that you need to do.

It wasn't easy. It was "different than the norm." Some people thought I was crazy. Some people worried about me and thought it wouldn't work.
