Evolution Travel and Archer Travel Group have partnered to make this amazing opportunity. I signed up with the company December 31, 2018, and it has been a decision that I am glad I made. The company has a "family" culture to it where everyone is always helping and encouraging one another. I actually researched several well-known host agencies before selecting this opportunity.

I was initially very concerned as to whether I could be successful. I am a very shy individual and not very good at sales positions. I booked travel for my family on a regular basis, but had some concerns with having a travel business. However, my sponsor put my mind at ease quickly. The training has been phenomenal. We receive training from the Founder and CEO of the company all the way down. In addition, we have access to specific vendor trainings, as well. So, for example, I am certified by Princess Cruises Lines, Disney, Atlantis Resorts, Carnival Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and specific destinations like Jamaica. It is just amazing and the training is all included in our monthly maintenance fee.

So, we pay $49.00 for our initial certification process. Then we have a $69.95 monthly maintenance fee that covers our training, errors & omissions insurance, 2 websites, and vendor access. We can book everything you can think of to include event tickets, airfare, hotels, condos, resorts, cruises, destination weddings, group travel, family reunions, corporate travel, and the list just goes on. To date, I have booked 8 trips total to Jamaica and recruited 7 individuals under me. Recruiting is optional and not required. However, by recruiting 6 people, my maintenance fee is covered by the monthly recruiting bonus. So, I have not paid my $69.95 since January. My recruiting bonus on average has been about $120 a month and that is just for mentoring other individuals. We also have access to discounted travel, and a general discount program for everyday stuff. For example, my husband has used our discounts for our oil changes on our vehicles.

However, I think the very best part of the company is that the training and tools that you learn can be applied to everyday life.
