10 Must Do Things in Your MLM Business

Today, I want to share 10 must do things in your MLM Business. These are simple and practical things you should do if you want to build a big network marketing business.

# 1 Make the decision you will be here one year from now. With any business, it takes time to succeed. Give yourself a fair chance. At a minimum, make a one-year commitment to your business. That's how long it will take you to learn the ropes and really get your business going smoothly.

# 2 Set a work schedule for the week every Sunday night. You have a work schedule at your job. You need one for your business, too. Plan out your week and have set business hours. Write down what days and times you will work your business each week. And remember, if your business is "closed" you won't make money!

# 3 Have a written business plan. Take the time to create a written business plan for your MLM Business, to include a simple marketing plan. All successful businesses have a written business plan. What makes you different from your competition? What is your strategy? What are your goals? How will you find prospects? These are all things you should plan out. 

# 4 Have a written daily mode of operations. Have a simple checklist of tasks you are going to do each day in your business. Make sure they are income producing activities. What I suggest you do is each night before you to sleep, take 5 minutes and write down FIVE THINGS you will do the following day to grow your business.

# 5 Set aside 15-minutes each day for personal development. Your business will only grow as much as you do. Read 15-pages per day in a good book or watch an inspiring 15-minute video each day. Work on your skills. Grow yourself so you can become the type of person you want to sponsor.

# 6 Find a mentor. Working with a mentor is the quickest way to shorten your learning curve in this business. Find someone who has accomplished what you are trying to achieve in the business and follow their lead. Humble yourself and do what they teach you.

# 7 Work the business minimum 1-2 hours every day. If you can work at your job 8 to 12 hours per day, you can work at your business 1-2 hours per day. No excuses. Keep your business a priority. Never put your business on the back burner or let life get in the way.

# 8 Stay plugged in. Stay plugged in with your ACTIVE upline. This may or may not be your sponsor. Attend all events, webinars and calls. Stay plugged in to your team's Facebook group. This is a team sport. Do not be a lone wolf. 

# 9 Focus 90% of your efforts on the money producing activities. The only two activities we get paid for are retailing and recruiting. Be sure that you spend 90% of your work hours on doing those two things. Do not go into management mode or spend all of your time doing busy work. 

# 10 Set a number between 5 & 50. Pick a number and make a commitment to expose the products and business opportunity to that many people every day, no excuses. We are a business of exposures. The more people you talk to, the more people you will sign up.
