Free Strategy Information. A must read.
Hi People I hope this post finds you all well,
Today I want to talk about strategy. The old saying 'if you fail to plan you plan to fail' is still true today.
The business strategy I use is Argenti planning. Now this is a huge subject which you can google online but I will outline the basics for you today.
Think of a two line axes graph, with a value of say $ up the vertical and say time on the bottom horizontal. The first line we draw we call Tmin or target minimum. This is essentially the number or target that you want to achieve this year.
Below this line we plot Fopt or forecast optimistic this may be your current run rate. Below this we next plot Fpes or forecast pessimistic. This would represent a negative outcome or a down turn in the market.
Finally we then plot Tsat or target satisfactory this is our stretch target and a great outcome.
Now to the side of this graph we have our strategy table, aim for six. One might be Facebook adds, another a linked in strategy or online business forums and course MLM Gateway. we then multiply at 60% because not all the strategy's will necessarily give us the result that we want.
We then take the strategy uplifted numbers and re plot the results on to our Argenti graph. What we are aiming to do is get the Fopt and Fpes lines both above our Tmin target line and heading to our Tsat line. If you still fall short go back to your strategy table and do more work on it.
