 - Dreams House and Lot Incentives

This Incentive Program Shall be available to Bans evolution Distributors who meet the following qualification:

1. Bans Distributor must be at least one (1) Diamond Account.

2. Bans Distributors must meet the qualifying Diamond Sale Match Target during the period August 01, 2018 to August 01,2019 as follows.

       a. Qualifying Down Payment Diamond Sales Match & The required Sales Match to qualify for the Program and to receive the initial payment for the property.

       b. Monthly Diamonds Sales Match & The required Sales Match Points to Qualify for the free monthly amortization.

3. Qualifying Sales Match means sales made to new Diamond Account Holders.

4. Bans Distributors must complete the qualifying Diamond Sale Match within the period of one (1) year from the date of registration 

5. The Application shall be subject to the approval of BANS Evolution.

Incentive Program Mechanics:

1. The Incentive Program is available from August 01, 2018 to August 01, 2019.

2. Arrangement of the Incentive Program is subject to the Terms and Condition of BANS Evolution.

3. The purchase property must be brand new.

4. The Program is available to all BANS Evolution Diamond Holder who meet the above qualifications.

5. Each Diamond Account is entitled to avail of the Program provided that each account meet the above qualification.

6. Qualified Independent Distributor may avail of the Program only once during the period.

7. Arrangement of the Program is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Bank or Property Developer In House Financing Firm.

      a. The Bans Distributor can use the Bank Approval or Property Developer in House Financing Firm Approved of another person, provided that the third person must be a relative up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

8. BANS Evolution shall pay the down payment for the Dream House Program, The amount to be paid shall be based on the Qualifying Sales Match by the Qualified Bans evolution Distributor.

9. Arrangement may be completed within 2-3 months form the of application subject to availability of chosen property. The Qualified Independent Distributor has the option to change the property in the event the original choice is not available, provided that the replacement property is within the same bracket.

         Failure to purchase the chosen property shall be subjected to sanctions based on the code Conduct of BANS Evolution.

10. The Bans Distributor entitlement to avail the Program is NOT convertible into cash.
