2: *PERFOMANCE BONUS*

•Paid weekly

• Maintenance of 30 pvs per month

(Paid on group sales even if you didn't buy any stock)

•Based on Placement tree 

(Total PVs of each vertical leg group)

•Bonus calculated on 2 weakest legs of your group PV points for each week. 

•Unlimited vertical levels of entire downline, limited to 2 horizontal legs whose total PV is lowest from the 3 legs

•Bonus by percentage of your current Level (Silver8%~Platinum12%) and limited accordingly to Max possible earnings for your current Level/Rank, so the higher your rank, the more you can earn from your team.

•Bonus paid if there are PV’s (stock bought) in 2 or 3 leg groups. 

Paid in the following week on leg groups with smaller PV. The group with highest PV brought forward to next week.

•Based on group performance of 2 of your weakest placement tree legs per week.

Let's do the Maths using this example

Let's say you are on Platinum level (12%) and you have 3 people (A,B&C) under you = 3 legs:

A = 2000pvs

B = 3000pvs

C = 500 pvs

�That's their group Point Values for the week

In this case - leg A and leg C is considered to be the weak legs for that particular week.

Therefore your performance bonus will be derived from leg A and C

2000 + 500 = 2500

You get 12% of 2500?

Its 300 dollars

300x10 = R 3000

*Your performance bonus for that particular week will be R 3000.*
