How I turned my spare time into cash,travelling and making new friends.

My name is Terence Steele, I have tried several MLM Companies over the years and did enjoy them.

In 2011 I decided to join Avon after a friend told me how she was earning extra money in her spare time and making new friends and attending special events. soon I joined and was enjoying every minute of it, Joining Avon gave me the chance to get out of the house more often, as I delivered brochures and knocked on doors I met neighbours face to face for the first time in months, soon they were placing regular orders and I was also recruiting people into my team as an Avon Sales Leader. Today I have my own online shop where customers can now order online at www.avon.uk.com/store/terenceshop and I also use an online recruitment page https://prp.uk.avon.com/tcs1972  to recruit anyone who wishes to join my team and make an extra income such as becoming an Avon Representative or Sales Leader, Avon pays you 20% commission on orders over £90 and 25% on orders above £160, As a Sales Leader once you start building your team you get paid up to 3 generations deep. I go out and deliver brochures three times a week aswell as door knocking on most days and this is a good way of also building your team, I do get a few sign ups and give my new recruits training and support and refer them to Avon's website where they log in with their account number and password and they are able to see their on office, web store and online ordering as well and a handful of other information such as emails or the chance to interacts with other Avon Representatives or Sales Leaders.

You can often find testimonials from other people who have joined and how they may of been made redundant and how Avon has changed their life. It is known that MLM Multi Level Marketing has created more millionaires than any other industry and most of the people only work part time hours with far better pay than a 9-5 job. Most Parents that are engaged in MLM have more time to spend with their children and have more income to enjoy a successful life.  Also MLM is recession proof because when you compare it with a normal job, the person who starts a first time job may be in a minimum wage until they find their chosen career path and that is when they get a steady flow of income with the chances of promotion but then most will see their income decline to a lower level when they reach retirement. With MLM once you start and you progress and keep at it like a lifelong career then that income will also rise when you reach retirement.
