Sales Representative – Insurance

EQUIS Financial agents help people across the country find the life insurance and retirement solutions they need to protect their families and their futures. We have partnered with industry leading carriers to bring our agents a portfolio of products that they can be proud to offer their clients. Our agent’s follow-up with families that have requested assistance and work with them to create a solution that best fits their needs and budget.

$50,000 to $200,000 annual commission

Many people are able to recognize an opportunity after it's already passed them by. That's pretty easy. But seeing opportunities coming, that's a different matter. Opportunities are seldom labeled and that's why you have to learn what they look like-and how to seize them.

Are you one of the few who can recognize opportunity and grab a hold of it? If so I’m looking for people like you. 

OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for agents and agency builders to work our ever-expanding Mortgage Protection and Final Expense leads. There is no cold-calling!

Our agents reach out to people who have already expressed interest in protecting their families! We simply respond to those people to help them put a plan into place.

COMPENSATION:

• High Commissions - Starting at 70%

• Residual income

• Bonuses based on performance

• Work from home office

TRAINING:

No experience necessary as we train from the ground up. You must have a current life insurance license. If you do not have one at this time, it is easy to obtain certification within a 1-3 week window.

• Regional Training scheduled every 3-4 weeks.

• Weekly sales calls to hear from the top producers that are out there doing it right.

• 5 Podcasts to continue education with new episodes weekly.

• Agent Support Hotline available from 9am-11pm daily for on the fly assistance in the field.
