Most Network Marketers Don't REALLY Know How To Market...

Tuesday is my big day for sending out email ads to a host of safelists, viral mailers, and other free and paid promo sites. Today I sent out 348,321 email ads across 41 different ad sites... all on my team's behalf!

That sounds like a lot, but I want to remind you that these type of sites are usually characterized by very poor performance... people read and click your ads primarily so that their own ads can been seen. However, remember this... these sites are, for the most part, free.

But that's not really the purpose for this post... let me next explain how these ads work.

Fist of all, the page I am promoting is called an "optin page" or "lead capture page"... the sole purpose of this one page website is to create enough interest that the reader will give me their contact information.

When the prospect submits their contact information they are then taken to a tour of the My 20 Dollar Travel Business on my main site here: https://my20dollartravelbiz.com/tour/

The My20 tour combines both text AND videos to explain the business model and the benefits the prospect receives by joining our team.

As the prospect proceeds through the seven pages of the business tour there are several opportunities to click the "JOIN" button.

Here is where the magic happens...

Every time someone clicks the "join" button they are taken to a different team member's affiliate page. I use what is called a "rotator" plugin to rotate the different team members affiliate pages.

I just checked and we have had 257 clicks so far... that means 257 people have viewed the "optin page"... and we have had several subscribers so far.

So why do this optin page instead of just sending them straight to the different affiliate pages?

When a prospect submits their contact information they will begin to receive a series of email messages... 14 total... each one discussing a different aspect of our business opportunity.

Many of these messages reinforce the points covered in the "Opportunity Tour" on my website.

If a lead simply clicks straight to your affiliate page, you get to present your message once. If they don't join immediately... they are just gone... FOREVER!

When you use the "optin page" and your autoresponder you get to present your message multiple times... as I said before, currently they will receive 14 messages... that's 14 opportunities to join YOUR business.

That's called "MARKETING"...
